To provide a laser distance measuring device that can be driven in the space which can operate a driving device of numerical control in a three-dimensional space by grasping and sharing a location of a space on which it is to be worked.SOLUTION: A location for a space to work of a driving device of a numerical control is measured by measuring the location of an image to be taken with a TV camera by a tracking laser rangefinder side machine that works together on the rangefinder side, and by attaching the distance to the two-dimensional position of the TV camera, and the location of a space to work on the driving device of a numerical control is measured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
