To provide technology capable of improving a worker's awareness of work efficiency as well as quantitatively evaluating introduction effect of a system.SOLUTION: A work support control device 1 comprises a storage unit 11, a sensor signal input unit 14, an information processing unit 13 that determines whether a plurality of steps are completed based on a sensor signal and a work scenario for control 11b, and when determining that the plurality of steps are completed, outputs work result data 11e indicating work result of a worker, and a control device communication unit 12 that outputs the work result data 11e output from the information processing unit 13 to a work support display device 2 via a communication network 5.
