To provide a damage probability calculation device capable of achieving proper maintenance according to an operation condition of a customer.SOLUTION: A damage probability calculation device 1 for calculating a damage probability on an evaluation object portion g on a gas turbine G calculates intensity distribution A including an average, standard deviation and certainty factor of intensity with respect to stress of a material M, based on intensity test data D10 of the material M used for the evaluation object portion g. The damage probability calculation device 1 calculates stress distribution B including an average, standard deviation and certainty factor of the stress input to the evaluation object portion g, based on operation data D20 of the gas turbine G. The damage probability calculation device 1 calculates damage probability distribution C indicating distribution of damage probability of the evaluation object portion g based on the intensity distribution A and stress distribution B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
