To provide a method capable of sufficiently reducing variation of physical property of a waste material of a thermoplastic resin composition as a material for a thermoplastic resin product.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a thermoplastic resin-made composition includes a process for measuring melting viscosity of a recovery material, a process for measuring metal content of the recovery material, a process for selecting an input port for inputting the recovery material based on reduction rate of melting viscosity during melting and mixing calculated from the measured melting viscosity and the measured metal content, and desired melting viscosity of a recycled article, and a process for inputting the recovery material to the selected input port and melting mixing them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
