PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which: as a matrix resin for a carbon fiber and a glass fiber-reinforced composite material applied to an aircraft and the like, a highly heat-resistant cyanate ester resin becomes a focus of attention but has defects such as poor elongation and toughness.;SOLUTION: A cyanate ester resin composition for fiber-reinforced composite material contains (a) a cyanate ester resin, (b) an epoxy resin and (c) a curing accelerator or curing catalyst. Relative to the sum total of the (a) cyanate ester resin and (b) epoxy resin, the ratio of the (a) cyanate ester resin is 75-90 mass%.
