To provide a present provision support device, a management server of the present provision support device, and a present provision method for preventing mismatching between merchandise that a presenter provides and merchandise that a presentee desires, and for enabling both the presenter and the presentee to feel satisfied thereby.SOLUTION: A present provision support device 1 is configured by communicably connecting a presentee terminal 2, a presenter terminal 3, and a management server 4 via the Internet line 5 with each other. A merchandise list of merchandise the presentation of which the presentee desires is registered in a user database 41 in the management server 4, and the presenter performs access to the management server 4 to confirm the merchandise list of the specific presentee, and selects the merchandise to be presented.
