PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a staircase structure of a house capable of reducing burdens of plan design and parts design even when setting a floor height of the house higher than an existing floor height.;SOLUTION: A staircase structure (1) of a house is a staircase structure of a house in which a floor height from a floor surface (11) of a first floor to a floor surface (12) of a second floor is a predetermined height (H1), and comprises a stair main body (2) which is lower than a predetermined floor height and spaced apart from the floor surface of the first floor, and a spacer member (3) arranged between the floor surface (11) of the first floor and the stair body (2).
