To provide CD20-binding proteins that bind to CD20 antigen on the surface of a cell for rapid internalization into the interior of the cell.SOLUTION: Disclosed herein is a CD20-binding protein comprising: a) a CD20-binding region that comprises an immunoglobulin type binding region and is capable of specifically binding to the extracellular moiety of CD20; and b) a Shiga toxin effector region comprising a polypeptide derived from an A subunit of at least one member of Shiga toxin family, where upon administration of the CD20-binding protein to a cell expressing CD20 on its cell surface, the CD20 binding protein can induce rapid internalization of the CD20 binding protein-CD20 conjugate.SELECTED DRAWING: None
