To easily perform high-accuracy protrusion amount adjustment even in a drafting ranger of a high drafting force and to prevent occurrence of damage or the like.SOLUTION: A local pressurization device comprises: a ball screw mechanism 3 consisting of a screw shaft 10 in which a ball groove 12 is provided, and a nut member 11 threaded to the screw shaft 10 via a ball 13 that is fitted into the ball groove 12; a drive part 4 for imparting a torque to the screw shaft 10 or the nut member 11 of the ball screw mechanism 3; a rod-shaped member 5 which is coupled to the screw shaft 10 or the nut member 11 of the ball screw mechanism 3 and provided in an axial direction of the screw shaft 10; and a brake mechanism 6 which brakes axial movement of the rod-shaped member 5 by radially pressurizing an outer surface of the rod-shaped member and then cancels the pressurization, thereby switching the rod-shaped member 5 in an axially freely movable manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
