To improve gear change control performance by properly correcting a select position of an internal lever according to the occurrence of a gear-in failure.SOLUTION: A control device of a transmission 1 including a select actuator 20 and a shift actuator 69 comprises: a gear change control part 110 for moving an internal lever 11 by operating the select actuator 20 on the basis of prestored reference select positions of a plurality of shift blocks 60 to 63, and performing gear change control for gearing the transmission 1 into a desired gear stage by moving the internal lever 11 to a shift direction by operating the shift actuator 69; a gear-in determination part 120 for determining whether or not the transmission 1 is geared into the desired gear stage by the execution of the gear change control; and a learning correction part 130 for correcting the reference select positions when it is determined that the transmission is not geared in.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
