To produce a byproduct including α-EG being a high functional high added value component for constructing a firm regime in economical efficiency of a production cost structure which is a problem for mass production of bioethanol being formed of rice as raw material.SOLUTION: The production method of a liquid biofuel formed of rice as raw material is identical to a production method of sake brewing immediately before a distillation step, and includes also α-EG(ethyl-α-D glucoside) being a high functional component included in general sake main fermenting mash. The α-EG is sugar included in sake by 0.1-0.3%. A melting point of the α-EG is 114°C, and by heating a liquid after performing a liquid biofuel distillation (80°C), a byproduct commodity having high content of the high functional component can be produced. Effects of the α-EG are for example, improvement of peripheral blood flow, and increase of an amount of collagen in a skin dermal layer, the improvement of peripheral blood flow of capillary in a brain, pulmonary alveolus and cardiac muscle and increase of a collagen amount in a skin dermal layer of a face are directly connected to rejuvenation and oroxylum of a human being.SELECTED DRAWING: None
