To provide a fire hydrant and a fire hydrant valve which may be easily opened and closed even if they are installed in a housing of a fire hydrant device.SOLUTION: A fire hydrant 3 or a fire hydrant valve 23 is provided with a water intake port 16a, 24, a water supply port 17, 25 for supplying water charged through the water intake port 16a, 24 in the fire hydrant 3 or the fire hydrant valve 23, and a valve part 19, 26 which is arranged between the water intake port 16a, 24 and the water supply port 17, 25 in a manner capable of opening/closing a flow path for water flowing from the water intake port 16a, 24 to the water supply port 17, 25. The valve part 19, 26 is provided with a handle part 21, 22 for opening/closing the flow path.
