To surely present a word relating to an input word with high accuracy.SOLUTION: In generating a suggestion, topic classification is performed to a morpheme-analyzed text, and a topic word belonging to each topic is extracted. A feature degree or the like of each topic word is calculated. An affiliation topic word belonging to each topic is specified. An extracted topic is extracted such that an input word belongs to each extracted topic. The score of each candidate word showing the strength of the degree of association between the input word and each candidate word of a plurality of candidate words belonging to the extracted topic is calculated. An affiliation topic is specified such that each candidate word belongs to each affiliation topic. The score of each candidate word is calculated from a feature degree or the like of each candidate word respectively calculated about affiliation topics.
