To easily and accurately perform a gap compensation when the magnetic flux density inside a test piece is detected using a magnetic flux density coil.SOLUTION: One group is set in which a coil portion 131 for magnetic flux density detection and a coil portion 132 for gap compensation are connected to each other so that, when current flows through a magnetic flux density detection coil 130, the direction of the magnetic flux generated from the coil portion 131 for magnetic flux density detection is opposite to that of the magnetic flux generated from the coil portion 132 for gap compensation. Groups are interconnected in series so that, when current flows through the magnetic flux density detection coil 130, the directions of the magnetic flux generated from the coil portion 131 for magnetic flux density detection in the groups are the same and the directions of the magnetic flux generated from the coil portion 132 for gap compensation in the groups are the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
