To provide a boarding intention determination apparatus capable of efficiently taking a user to a destination while enhancing the convenience of the user using means of transportation.SOLUTION: Disclosed boarding intention determination apparatus has an acquisition part and a determination part. The acquisition part is configured to acquire a positional relationship on the basis of a piece of boarding position information representing a boarding point for boarding onto a moving body and a piece of user position information representing a present position of the user.
