PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner adhesion amount measuring device capable of detecting that toner is unevenly adhered to a transfer body.;SOLUTION: The toner adhesion amount measuring device includes: a transfer body 2; a first light emitting unit 11 for radiating first irradiation light; a second light emitting unit 12 for radiating second irradiation light having an angle different from the first irradiation light; a light emission control unit; polarizers 17, 18; a first light receiving unit 13 for receiving a P wave component of reflected light and outputting a first light receiving signal; a second light receiving unit 14 for receiving an S wave component of the reflected light and outputting a second light receiving signal; and a measuring unit 3. The light emission control unit sequentially irradiates a predetermined position of the transfer body 2 with the first irradiation light and the second irradiation light.
