[PROBLEMS] To prevent an antiseptic solution from adhering to a clip electrode portion of an electrocardiogram. An electrode terminal (10) is provided to be in contact with the adhesive conductive gel (1) of an electrocardiogram electrode, and an edge (4) of a height slightly higher than that is provided to give a constant height. The covering adhesive sheet (5) was fixed to a portion (6) of the rim (4). When attaching the clip electrode of the electrocardiogram lead wire, the adhesive sheet (5) is opened and attached to the electrode terminal (10). Furthermore, a space for wiring of the electrocardiogram lead wire was also provided in which a part of the edge (4) is lowered to pass the wiring of the electrocardiogram lead wire.
