To solve the problem of an improper method for estimating the economy of a conventional estimation method of a deterioration state which merely determines whether the economy is deteriorated due to the deterioration state of the battery without considering economic merits thereof.SOLUTION: The economy estimation device and the economy estimation method of a storage battery estimate an economy index related by the full charge capacity and the charge/discharge power of a secondary battery by using the difference voltage between the discharge voltage and the charge upper limit voltage which are obtained in advance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
