PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and securely open an account.;SOLUTION: There is provided a bank account opening system characterized in that: a user terminal 1 comprises a telephone call processing control part 41 which controls a voice telephone call to an operator telephone set 2, an input control part 52 which controls user's operation input, an imaging processing control part 42 which controls photography of a picture, and a communication processing control part 55 which controls transmission and reception of information to and from a data server 3 through a network 11; information transmitted to a data server 3 includes image data captured by the imaging processing part 34, and information corresponding to an operation performed upon the basis of contents acquired or guided through a voice telephone call to an operator utilizing the operator telephone set 2; information transmitted from the operator terminal 4 to the data server 3 includes information that the operator acquires through a telephone call between the user terminal 1 and operator telephone set 2; and the data server 3 records the information acquired from the user terminal 1 and operator terminal 4.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
