To provide a technique capable of preventing false recognition of peeling failure of an adhesive sheet.SOLUTION: A sheet supply device includes: delivery means 20 for delivering an original sheet RS in which an adhesive sheet AS is tentatively adhered to a belt-like peeling sheet RL; peeling mean 30 for peeling the adhesive sheet AS from the original sheet RS delivered from the delivery means 20 and for supplying the adhesive sheet AS; and peeling failure detection means 40 for detecting peeling failure in which a tip end part AS1 is not peeled by the peeling means 30. The peeling failure detection means 40 includes static electricity detection means 41 for detecting static electricity. The static electricity detection means 41 detects the peeling failure by not detecting initial peeling static electricity generated by the tip end part AS1 being peeled from the peeling sheet RL.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
