To provide processed food and drink for improving blood fluidity, an agent for improving blood fluidity, a method for improving blood fluidity, and a meal provision method.SOLUTION: The present invention provides processed food and drink for improving blood fluidity including processed purple ginseng, anthocyanin or cyanidin-based anthocyanin derived from the purple ginseng; an agent for improving blood fluidity including anthocyanin or cyanidin-based anthocyanin derived from the purple ginseng as an active ingredient; a method for improving blood fluidity (excluding medical practice to human beings) by administering cyanidin-based anthocyanin; and a meal provision method (excluding medical practice to human beings) for poor blood circulation persons at least by providing the processed purple ginseng to the poor blood circulation persons.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
