To provide a pet moving image analyzer, a pet moving image analysis system, a pet moving image analysis method and a program capable of efficiently watching a pet.SOLUTION: A pet moving image analyzer comprises: a moving image acquisition part 20 for acquiring a moving image in which a pet is imaged; a pet frame extraction part 220 for extracting a pet frame being a frame in which the pet is imaged, out of a plurality of frames forming the moving image acquired by the moving image acquisition part 20; a summary moving image generation part 27 for generating a summary moving image which is a moving image in which, a number of the pet frame extracted by the pet frame extraction part 220 is larger than a number of non-pet frames which are frames except for the pet frames out of the plurality of frames, based on the moving image acquired by the moving image acquisition part 20; and a summary moving image output part 290 for outputting the summary moving image generated by the summary moving image generation part 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
