PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for a spectator of a sport competition in which a plurality of players concurrently perform at different positions to watch, without missing, performance of players at positions the spectator cannot directly see.;SOLUTION: A video gathering and providing device gathers video streams of video such as moving images wirelessly transmitted from a plurality of cameras and provides spectator terminals with them. The spectator terminals include a display screen for watching the video streams. The video gathering and providing device notifies the spectator terminals of advance notice of recommendation scenes to recommend spectators to watch on the basis of video information on each of the gathered video streams and provides the spectator terminals with a video stream including the recommendation scenes to be notified in advance of the gathered video streams. The advance notice includes photographing position names of the cameras.
