To provide a stage mechanism, an additive manufacturing apparatus, and an additive manufacturing method, in which operation time can be shortened, and a high-quality modeled product can be obtained.SOLUTION: A stage mechanism 3 is used in an additive manufacturing apparatus 1 by which layers formed of a layer formation portion are stacked in a layer-by-layer manner to thereby form a modeled product having a three-dimensional shape. The stage mechanism 3 includes: a porous plate for vacuum-sucking a flexible sheet 5; and a base table 30 which supports the porous plate, and in which a space is defined, and an air inlet port for connecting the space and a pressure reduction apparatus 4 is disposed. The base table 30 is moved relatively upward and downward with respect to the layer formation portion 2 of the additive manufacturing apparatus 1 so that a modeled product is formed on the flexible sheet 5 vacuum-sucked by the porous plate 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
