PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rigidly attach a stator 21 to a can by reducing flexure in an axis line L direction of a bracket 1 for fixing the stator 21 to the can 40, according to a motor-operated valve for which the stator constituting a motor part is attached to a valve device in which the can 40 storing a magnet rotor 22 is mounted onto a valve body 30.;SOLUTION: A bracket 1 is attached onto a circumference of an opening 21H1 on a valve body 30 side of a stator 21. The bracket 1 is composed of a base part 11 and an elastic piece 12. A projecting part 12a of the elastic piece 12 is engaged with a recessed part 40a of a can.
