PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly install, in a motor-operated valve in which a stator forming a motor part is attached to a valve device in which a can 40 accommodating a magnet rotor 22 is assembled to a valve body 30, the stator 21 to the can while preventing loosening of the fixation between a bracket 1 for fixing the stator 21 to the can 40, and the stator 21.;SOLUTION: A bracket 1 is attached to the circumference of an opening 21H1 on a valve body 30 side of a stator 21. The bracket 1 is composed of a base 11 and an elastic piece 12. Claws 11a1, 11b1 are formed on side plates 11a, 11b of the base 11, and a fixation block 21B is fixed while being interposed between the side plates 11a, 11b.
