To provide a waterproof housing capable of simplifying a packing sticking process while maintaining waterproofness.SOLUTION: A waterproof housing includes: a base part 11 having an annular flange; and a lid 12 brought into close contact with the base part with a packing member 13 interposed therebetween and having a corresponding annular flange 12F defining a housing space. The packing member 13 comprises a plurality of strips coupled annularly. Adjacent coupling portions of the strips have a complementary concave and convex shape to each other, and complementary concave and convex shaped portions of the coupling portions are fitted to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
