To provide ice superior in cooling power, its manufacturing method, a manufacturing method of a cooled object, and a refrigerant, or to provide ice in a non-separated state and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: Ice of a liquid including an aqueous solution including a solute and satisfying the following conditions (a) and (b) is provided: (a) a temperature in completion of melting is less than 0°C, and (b) a rate of change of a solute concentration of the aqueous solution generating from the ice in a melting process is within 30%. A refrigerant of the present invention includes the ice. The refrigerant includes water including the solute same as the solute included in the ice, and a ratio of concentration of the solute in the ice and concentration of the solute in the water is preferably 75:25 to 20:80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
