To provide a punch structure that can effectively prevent occurrence of breakage in the punch structure that is used repeatedly for punching a press-molded product in manufacturing the press- molded product including a narrow width part whose width is narrower relative a thickness thereof, a press metal die, a press-molded product manufacturing method and a press-molded product.SOLUTION: A punch structure 1 according to the invention is arranged to protrude from a press metal die main body in order to punch a press-molded product including a narrow width part in which a ratio (w/t) of a width w relative to a thickness t is 1.5 or less, which has a punch tip part 2 provided with a tip surface T having narrow-width shapes 3 and 4 corresponding to a plane shape of the narrow width part of the press-molded product included in at least part thereof, where reinforcement ribs 6 extending in a protruding direction of the punch structure 1 are provided in a part of a side S of the punch tip part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
