To restrain power consumption of a service camera.SOLUTION: A shooting system has one or more terminals, a shooting device which executes shooting in response to a shooting chance from the terminal located in the shooting range of the shooting device, and a control arrangement for controlling the terminal and the shooting device. The terminal transmits the terminal position information to the control arrangement, the control arrangement controls the shooting device to operate in first power consumption mode consuming prescribed power, when a determination is made that at least one terminal is located in the first range in response to reception of the terminal position information, and controls the shooting device to operate in second power consumption mode consuming power less than the prescribed power, when all terminals are located on the outside of the first range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
