To enable ON/OFF switch operation for a load by external communication.SOLUTION: A control arrangement (wiring accessory 3) includes a switch element 4, a power supply voltage generation part 5, a communication unit, and a control section. The switch element is connected in series between an AC power supply 10 and a load 20, and controls conduction and non-conduction between the AC power supply and the load. The power supply voltage generation part is connected in parallel with the switch element, and generates a prescribed power supply voltage from the voltage across the switch element when it is turned OFF. The communication unit is driven with the power supply voltage generated by the power supply voltage generation part, and communicates with the outside world. The control arrangement executes ON mode for conducting the AC power supply and the load by turning the switch element ON, and OFF mode for non-conducting the AC power supply and the load by turning the switch element OFF, while changing over according to a signal from the communication unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
