PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-functional port and a multi-functional port system capable of controlling a motion of a control target instrument connected to a port body according to a use state of a medical instrument.;SOLUTION: A multi-functional port 1 for guiding a medical instrument used for endoscope surgery to a body cavity includes a port body 5 formed with a main lumen 6 with an open front end and an open rear end for inserting the medical instrument inside in the axial direction and holding it. The port body 5 is provided with a magnetic noise detection part 30 for detecting magnetic noise generated from the medical instrument inserted into the main lumen 6, and a control part 33 for controlling a motion of a control target instrument connected to the port body 5 based on the level of the magnetic noise detected by the magnetic noise detection part 30.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
