To provide a composition containing a polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) product material.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition containing a PUFA product material, containing isomer impurities up to 1.5 wt.%, in which (a) the PUFA product material is DHA, and the composition contains the PUFA product material of over 85 wt.%, or (b) the PUFA product material is EPA, the PUFA product material exists at over 93 wt.%, and total content of an ω-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid is up to 0.40 wt.%.
