PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for inducing meiotic division of ovary-derived stem cells present in the ovary.;SOLUTION: Disclosed herein is a method for inducing meiotic division of an ovary-derived stem cell comprising: (i) culturing an ovary-derived stem cell and ovary somatic cells in the presence of activin and/or BMP4; (ii) further culturing the cells in the presence of a PKA agonist, a RXR agonist, a Wnt agonist and an Akt agonist; and (iii) further culturing the cells in the presence of a RXR agonist, a NFκB agonist, a Ca agonist and an Akt agonist.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
