To provide a water supply cock and a fire hydrant valve in which the opening/closing can easily be performed, even if being provided in the inside of an enclosure of a fire hydrant device.SOLUTION: A water supply cock 3 or a fire hydrant valve 32 includes: water intakes 16a, 33; water inlets 17, 34 for supplying the water supplied in the inside of the water supply cock 3 or the fire hydrant valve 32 through the water intakes 16a, 33; valve parts 19, 36 provided between the water intakes 16a, 33 and the water inlets 17, 34, and provided so as to open and close a flow path of the water from the water intakes 16a, 33 to the water inlets 17, 34; and a handle part 21 for opening and closing the valve parts 19, 36. The handle part 21 has the turning radius changing means 24, 25, 28, 29, 30, and is provided so that the turning radius can be changed reversibly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
