To provide a detection method of a target molecule.SOLUTION: The detection method includes: a complex forming step of reacting a target molecule 1 and a carrier 2 in which a first antibody 3 specifically bonding with the target molecule is modified with second antibodies 41, 42 which specifically bond with the target molecule, are labeled with enzymes having substrate cleavage activity and have different substrate specificities of enzymes from each other so as to form a complex comprising the first antibody, the target molecule and the second antibodies on the carrier; and a step of detecting a fluorescence emitted from fluorescent substances by reacting the complex with two or more substrates which have cleavage sites 71, 72 of enzymes, have fluorescent materials 81, 82 bonded on one end of the cleavage sites and have decoloring materials 91, 92 bonded on the other end thereof, and have different fluorescence wavelengths of the fluorescent substances from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
