PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shell-and-tube type heat exchanger rolling prevention jig excellent in durability and also capable of being prevented from falling even in a case of receiving high-pressure water from an axis direction and parallel direction of a heat exchanger, and a heat exchanger cleaning method using the shell-and-tube type heat exchanger rolling prevention jig.;SOLUTION: A shell-and-tube type heat exchanger rolling prevention jig 3 comprises a pair of stopper bodies 1 comprising a steel material with an L-shaped cross section, a hook part 1c provided in the stopper body 1, and a chain 2 connected to the hook part 1c through a carabiner. A shell-and-tube type heat exchanger cleaning method comprises using the shell-and-tube type heat exchanger rolling prevention jig 3 to fix a shell-and-tube type heat exchanger 5 onto a base material 4, and cleaning the heat exchanger 5 with nozzle jet water.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
