PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving circuit that can reduce a leakage signal generated on the basis of the driving vibration of an angular velocity detection element.;SOLUTION: The driving circuit, which is for driving an angular velocity detection element, includes: a driving signal generation circuit for generating a driving signal which drives the angular velocity detection element; and a bias signal generating circuit for generating a bias signal to be applied to the angular velocity detection element. The detection electrode of the angular velocity detection element outputs a leakage signal generated on the basis of the driving vibration of the angular velocity detection element and a Coriolis signal generated on the basis of the angular velocity applied to the angular velocity detection element.
