To provide a radiated emissions measurement device that can precisely detect the maximum electric field intensity of radiated emissions in frequencies to be measured.SOLUTION: A radiated emissions measurement device comprises: a measurement apparatus, which measures time domain signals in which electromagnetic waves radiated from an object to be measured temporally continues, obtains frequency domain signals corresponding to time domain signals for each first time period based on the measured time domain signals, and outputs frequency domain information for each second time period based on the obtained frequency domain signals; and a controller, which controls a mechanism changing relative positions between the object to be measured and antennas, and obtains the frequency domain information outputted from the measurement apparatus. The frequency domain information for each second time period is obtained from using the entire time domain signals from a first clock through to a second clock, and from two pieces of the frequency domain information whose first clocks are the closest and that differ one another, the first clock of the one with temporally late frequency domain information is equal to or earlier than the second clock of the one with temporally early frequency domain information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
