To predict a water level in sewerage pipe with a short time and a low cost while keeping reliability of the prediction.SOLUTION: A sewerage pipe water level prediction device predicting a water level in a sewerage pipe in an object area at a prediction target time comprises a data storage part accumulating water level data in a sewerage pipe and mesh precipitation data in the object area, a model learning part determining a parameter by learning multiple linear regression models using data in the data storage part, a threshold generation part generating a threshold splitting a water level in the sewerage pipe using data in the data storage part, a learning parameter storage part storing the parameter of the multiple linear regression models and the threshold, and a water level prediction value calculation part calculating a water level prediction value in the sewerage pipe using data in the data storage part and the parameter stored in the learning parameter storage part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
