To formalize important behaviors of an object into explicit knowledge by recognizing thereof.SOLUTION: An explicit knowledge formalization system for formalizing behaviors of an object into explicit knowledge by executing a program on a server includes: a communication section 101 for obtaining a plurality of detected data from a plurality of sensors for detecting behaviors of an object; a behavioral analysis section 105 for extracting behavioral feature amounts from the plurality of detected data obtained at the communication section; an importance calculation section 106 for calculating the important behaviors of the object as importance information; and an explicit knowledge formalization section 107 for formalizing the behavioral feature amounts outputted by the behavioral analysis section into explicit knowledge, based on the importance information by the importance calculation section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
