To revise and update a forest planning map based on a cadastral map prepared in a different way.SOLUTION: Wide-area registration means 20 aligns, within a first adjustment range, a forest integration region that summarizes forest sections common in first location information up to an upper hierarchy of the forest sections, and a land integration region that summarizes land sections having cadastral locations corresponding to the first location information. Subsequently, detailed registration means 22 aligns, within a second adjustment range that is narrower than the first adjustment range, an attentional forest region consisting of forest sections common in second location information more detailed than the first location information, and an attentional land region consisting of land sections having cadastral locations corresponding to the second location information. Forest section correcting means 24 corrects the boundary of the forest sections by replacing the contour of the attentional forest region with the contour of the attentional land region aligned with the attentional forest region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
