PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of securely implementing an appropriate processing for an event that a user who has made an emergency call plans to participate, when the emergency call is made.;SOLUTION: When a communication terminal 3 with a telephone function receives a call operation to a telephone network 6 from a user, call information with specification of a destination number is notified to a schedule management apparatus 1 managing a schedule data of an event. In response to this, the schedule management apparatus 1 determines whether or not the destination number included in the call information is an emergency call number registered in advance.
