To provide a dynamic link management device, a method for managing a dynamic link, and a program which can set an instruction to release a sub program without requiring human help while suppressing generation of overhead by a dynamic link.SOLUTION: A dynamic link management device 10 includes: a non-operation times number measuring unit 11 for counting the number of times which a sub program connected to a main program by a dynamic link did not work in a set time; a setting condition determination unit 12 for determining whether the counted number satisfies a preset condition; and a program releasing unit 13 for releasing the sub program from the dynamic link if the number of times measured by the setting condition determination unit 12 satisfies the preset condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
