PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve portability and duration of operation time in a portable X-ray imaging detector.;SOLUTION: An X-ray imaging detector 120 comprises: at least one wireless transceiver 233, 234 configured to download research data from at least one external server; a digital image sensor 280 configured to generate a plurality of signals in response to an X-ray incident onto the imaging detector; and at least one processor 250 communicably coupled with the imaging detector and a radio.
