The present invention comprises the steps of obtaining rubusoside by pulverization of raw materials, flash extraction, double centrifugation, purification and desorption with a macroporous resin, enzymatic decomposition, classified decolorization with an organic membrane, concentration, crystallization, and drying. The present invention relates to a method for preparing rubusoside. According to the present invention, by optimizing the quality control of important processes such as extraction, separation, purification and decolorization, a rubusoside product with a purity of 99% or more is obtained, the product is pure white, has no bitterness, and has a residual solvent. There are few pesticide residues and product quality is stable.
