To provide a quantum dot composition having improved process stability, a quantum dot polymer composite produced therefrom, and a layered structure and a display device that include the same.SOLUTION: A quantum dot composition comprises a quantum dot, a metal thiolate compound, and a solvent. The metal thiolate compound includes a hydrophobic residue, a thioether (-S-) residue, and a polyvalent metal. The hydrophobic residue includes either a fluorinated organic group, a multi-aromatic group having a backbone structure in which two aromatic rings are bound to a quaternary carbon atom which is a constituent atom of another cyclic residue, or a combination thereof.
