To reduce the occurrence of a collision of a parked vehicle with another vehicle which is moving.SOLUTION: A vehicle collision avoidance support device (10) which is mounted on and used by a parked vehicle (100) comprises: an entry detection part (11) for detecting whether or not another vehicle (200) which is moving has entered a prescribed area (CAr); and a collision avoidance information provision part (13) which provides the other vehicle with collision avoidance information used for control of the other vehicle so as to avoid a collision of the other vehicle with the parked vehicle. The collision avoidance information provision part provides the other vehicle with the collision avoidance information when it is determined that the other vehicle has entered the prescribed area, with the prescribed area being an area having an outer boundary at such a distance from the vehicle as to be longer than a distance the other vehicle would travel from the time the other vehicle is provided with the collision avoidance information by the parked vehicle until the other vehicle, which has been provided with the collision avoidance information, stops after applying a brake.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
