To provide a pressurized spats having a thermal insulating function and a tightening function, and capable of appropriately stimulating a vital spot of the leg part.SOLUTION: A pressurized spats 1 to be worn on the legs of a human body comprises: a spats body 2 composed of a material having stretchability; a first stretchable portion 3 expanding and contracting at a position of a pelvis of the spats body 2; a plurality of second stretchable portions 5a spaced apart from each other so as to go around the thigh part at a position of a thigh portion of the spats body 2; and a plurality of third stretchable portions 5b disposed spaced apart from each other so as to go around the lower leg at a position of a lower leg portion of the spats body 2.
