Fourth editorial committee of SPAT is organized in February 2005. The lists of the committeemen for fourth editorial committee are enumerated in back cover. Fourth editorial committee would like to thank the academicians, professors and other committeemen for encouragement, helpful suggests and continuous support. New editorial committee will go hand in hand with the companions to make SPAT an international journal.
